What I find interesting is that KB decided to maul AJM at time of weakness and vulnerability when he clearly knew AJM management were seeking to raise capital and was at an advanced stage. Rather than reaching out he choose to attack, take advantage? Why- is the Posco deal not going ahead?

I might add that PLS entered the implementation deed with note holder on the 26th October- the same date AJM went into receivership. How PLS is going to explain that it approached the owners of AJM on an arms length basis I don't know- I'm hoping they have f*ed up big time.
