I think the PLS bid for Altura is very fishy, firstly https://themarketherald.com.au/pilbara-minerals-asxpls-completes-refinancing-2020-09-30/The finance facility loan is worth US$110 million (approximately A$154 million) and was secured from international bank BNP Paribas and Australian clean energy investor the Clean Energy Finance Corporation. I wonder if there are not any Coalition senators that are invested in PLS that help set up this cheap loan. Without it would they be capable of making a move on Altura? Its like a government backed take over.
I hold PLS as well, so basically i hold one company that is screwing another company that i hold, i am not a happy PLS holder.
