Interesting article and i think it would be crazy to assume no other majors would consider buying AJM at such a low initial proposal by PLS.
Sounds like Howard has similiar thoughts:
"But ultimately, I’d like AJM equity holders – including management who have worked harder than anyone under very difficult market conditions – to achieve full and fair value, which I sense is materially higher than USD 175M replacement value."
