They still have the Lithium Stake ( below ) I believe ....albeit significantly less than they once had in the lofty days of 2017 early 2018 when they should have sold it. Interesting that AJM was originally incorporated in Canada I believe .....so maybe something still left in the tank should SYA pick up the ' Shell '. Who knows . I did say at one time that it would be ironic if AJM went insolvent before SYA ......and my post got drag through this forum as if it was some sort of trophy and I was a crazy man. What little insight people actually have some times.
In November 2012 the Group acquired a 14.7% interest in Lithium Corporation,Nevada USA by way of a non-brokered private placement. Lithium Corporation isquoted on the US OTCBB (Over The Counter Bulletin Board)
That didn't of course stop me from trading AJM countless times over the last 3 years. And while I am down on my last foray into this stock , I am more than up on my gains overall. Plus I made a huge gain on GXY less than a year ago which when it first ran from the 70 's back over $1.
And AJM after all was never a stock which you would refer as ' Portfolio ' stock. Not with the junk style debt burden overhanging it. Great Trading stock - but you don't put your life savings into a ' spec ' trading stock . And that's not hindsight talking because it's simply commonsense and just plain silly. Everyone here should know that. Having said that , I am still hopeful that this Deal will fail on it's low ball hurdles and potential breaches in Corporations Laws and other ' Anti Trust Practices ' .
