Latest media reports indicate they're prepared to go to court. Both for not being given the allotted time to refinance, and for PLS breaching data-room confidentiality. I'm sure there'll be plenty to come out of this over the coming weeks.
I would warn against getting hopes up though. It doesn't look good.
