The BOD do not have an avenue in which to communicate to shareholders, they are pretty much like every other shareholder now. They will be assisting Receivers and VA if requested but that's about all.
If they have a deal they will put it to the administrators and receivers as requested by KM this morning.
That will be communicated to the creditors, and if we are lucky reported to the ASX.
More likely will be leaks to news outlets if an injunction is requested to be put in place and an offer. Media is the way to communicate now.
Im sure AB will throw a bit of money at the lawyers to at least piss KB off.
