Does anyone actually know the terms of the agreement for the stay to the 31st? I doubt noteholders would of signed anything binding considering the long history of covenant breaches and the interest payment that have been capitalised over the journey.
Also if the recap news disclosed by the AFR is accurate how were AJMs old management going to satisfy a 230M debt with less than 150M?
Every holder is right to be angry but I think you need to focus on who stuffed this up, hint it starter a few years ago.
