As I have said repeatedly on the AJM threads people need to understand that AJM the company and the altura lithium project are two different entities.
The AJM debt is secured against the project, the noteholders have 'taken' the project to recoup the outstanding debt. PLS are going to pay the noteholders what is owed in return for the project.
AJM the company you have invested in will still exist but won't have it asset and will either try and recapitalise and acquire a new project or cease to exist. No current holder will receive any money from the sale of the asset.
