It is interesting to note the misunderstanding.
While the contractual floor price did not hold, it is indeed factually incorrect IMO to assert that AJM had be unloading spod into the market at discount prices.
There is a big difference between contractual floors not holding and the assertion of the author that AJM was undermining other producers by selling at a discount to market pricing.
And for those claiming that AJM never let the market know it was selling below the contractual floor, you had not been reading company announcements properly.
