I remind people that if the management are on the sidelines until further notice then they're possibly not entitled to updates on anything through the normal announcement channels.
in addition, no doubt the receivers are reluctant to regularly update the market either until they have a definite position to share related to the interested parties, irrespective of whether that info was positive or negative for the interested parties.
let's just hope it plays out in favour of the S/H both retail or otherwise.
