break fee is a symbolic one I guess. I wonder if AJM will match the 240M$ would we still have a residual chance? Probably what happened is that AJM tried to negotiate hard with noteholders/korda however these guys were in a very strong position with KB proposal of $240M in their pocket. Obviously here AJM management were asleep at the wheel at their own damage as they are large shareholder aren't they?
