AJM management will have to come in with a substantially better offer than PLS. Noteholders already favour PLS proposal and I'm sure are sick and tired of AJM management promises. that's how I see it, IMO. And since AJM management have historically failed to get anything substantial to appease the noteholders or eliminate the debt, it's not looking good. all my thoughts, not advice.
