I would hope that "lamingtons" wasn't one of the confirmation words, because if so I am concerned given the level of disinformation posted by some of the group over recent months.
Just as when reading any HC threads, please seek independant professional advice.
I would feel sickened if those that are underwater rely soley on a group coordinated by, well...
That's not to say they may.not turn out to be a very worthwhile group for holders, but am obviously concerned it would become a centre for confusion with misunderstanding of documents and conspiracy theories.
IIRC when A40 went through this, there were several numbers for actual class action legal firms posted to make enquiries.
