    Any deal to keep AJM alive requires enough cash to pay them all back and some working capital.

    Thats well in excess of $300m

    You can’t keep running up un paid bills. That’s what receivers and VA are for. To protect creditors which includes the employees.

    As a “Limited” company you as a shareholder are not liable for those debts.
