    what reason for "relaxing"?? what do you expect?

    this all looks to me as a very deceptively worked out done deal. everybody involved agrees on it- receivers and admins through their appointment also on note holders side.

    even if someone comes up with a better offer- do note holders have to accept it or is it just up to their I individual decision?
    maybe they got some "extra personal presents" from
