Of particular interest to the Company is the opportunity to mine that section of the Altura orebody that is otherwise "sterilised" without access being granted to Pilbara Minerals’ ground to undertake mining activities."
Basically means PLS is the ONLY one who could maximize the synergies.
If another company bought it, they could spend years in court trying to gain access to these grounds.
