Two issues that I have are:
1) independence of receiver, and what appears to be a pre-packaged administration process instigated at the request of PLS. the receiver and administration has a duty to all creditors secured and unsecured
2) waiver was granted to 31st October- Is the preemptive move to circle AJM management and shareholders lawful?
The move has resulted in shareholders loosing everything.
