Yes, that is an important point.
In the past there had been talk of good relations enabling AJM to access a significant part of their resource by working on PLS land.
It would appear that PLS is making a loud statement that if someone else ends up with the AJM operation they will not provide that access.
IMO AJM is significantly devalued if that section of the tenement cannot be mined in a practical fashion.
