Break fee doesn't mean shite if the BIDDER is taken out by the BIGGER fish. It's just a cost at the end of the day. If people see value , it won't matter about a break fee which for all intensive purposes won't exist. The winner BID will just say goodbye to both PLS and the Note Holders. Do you really think it matters for a party who has deeper pockets than just paying out the Debt. PLS can't go much higher and the break fee becomes a ' negotiable ' item.
