The JV is a minority interest so I dont put a lot of focus on it. PLS should be looking for other partners in any case...preferably in Europe/Amercias.
To be honest Ive never been a fan of their 'downstream' strategy. I just want them to focus on mine, plant, and expanding reserves. I like the mid-stream work however.
