When it says the "deferred consideration of 69 million shares or cash equivalent" did that mean it would always be 69 Mil? Or would that have been our current share price divided by share price at that time multiplied by 69 Mil? Eg 350m sharesIf it was always going to be 69m regardless of price that explains why the share price has probably been pushed up so much lately.
Can anyone clarify this for me?
