The $10m loan signals to me that as I had highlighted, the spending had likely gotten a bit out of hand, given the direction the SP / Sector sentiment has taken and a raise would have been highly dilutive.
If this is deemed cheap another offer will be flushed out.
No FIRB concerns so there could be some other interested parties.
