CG has always been a greedy fCk with only his own interests in mind. Numerous bonus inventive for him and his cronies and this deal is for his own benefit.
Next watch him spin out the remaining assests with bonus shares and seats on the board for him for new entities. With likely no compensation for current shareholders- likely have to participate in placement like his previous spin outs.
ESG minerals (Cloud 9/halloysite/ feed patents) subsidauary has had promising trials and recently completed live cattle trial at uni New England- nothing released to the market yet. LRS shareholders should demand free shares for this entity and ensure CG not involved in future running of this company.
