As far as I am concerned this is a RAW DEAL and really is NOT IN THE INTEREST FOR SHAREHOLDERS.
The real WINNERS of this are PLS for a CHEAP DEAL and the LRS BOARD OF DIRECTORS who will come out on top with the deal by their PERFORMANCE SHARES and OPTIONS HELD being honoured.
Many holders are underwater and no consideration was for them as a get out of jail card for the DOD and their TASKS AHEAD OF THEM TO PRODUCTION. Easy way out for them not losing a cent and doing no work for it.
CG has mislead us with his BOD glossing up the latest presentation while in discussions with PLS of this T/O.
ABSOLUTE BS this deal and we really need a better offer to come in. I cant see why not RIO plays with deal as they hold a swag of land above us not yet explored and could be in Li production within 2 yrs if they bought LRS. A very cheap option for RIO to kick off with.
