Tho I initially thought Fk auf as I am forced to sell LRS at .20 and not higher. I then have come to realise both companies are down but we have to find finance and the risks of going into production in a cruel world now encompassing Lithium mining due to the power of The Chinese Smarts. I don't really have to be classed as selling and I would rather be holding PLS in this dangerous Lithium mining scenario. No more waiting for announcements on Off takes, Finance, and bringing to production risks including more dilution & etc.
To help yourself in considering this offer I would suggest that you watch four corners on Iview (Trade wars) from two Mondays ago as after watching that show I did not feel very easy holding LRS into production but thought its to late to get out with the SP so low. Here's my out but I can still be in a lot safer with PLS. If there no higher offer I'm voting Yes.
