Truly disappointed with the Pilbara low ball offer I am voting NO I wish most of us retailers need to do DD and vote if you think its not Latin holders favour.


Pilbara paying 60% discount on Salina deposits which is nearly 1.4-1.7 Billion value can would be nearly double after DFS.


If Pilbara would have offer 0.30 I would have consider within current environment but this offer is worst then Albemarble.


I wish anyone out there including Albemarble can give counter offer not to forget Latin resources mostly hold by Retail investors.


I know it will be similar outcome like Liontown resources but our spodumene price way cheap then Pilbara, Minres, Liontown,etc
