No funding of offtake agreement on the table. If there was it would be punitive in this market carrying a high coupon rate.

So lets do a cap raise for what - say $50M at what price - say sub 10c.

Now all that money dissipates over 12 months in drilling, expenses on and on.

Then lets fund this baby to production NOW the big question you have to ask yourself WHO is going to fund this and on what basis.

CLEARLY A BETTER DEAL is what's on the table with Pilbara Minerals -WHY?

Robust company, experience in taking discoveries to production, strong balance sheet, experienced board, opportunity to participate with the share price going north with dividend payments.

NO brainer for me.
