Your new cost base for each PLS share will be your LRS cost x 14.25
My initial reaction to this was disappointment, shower it’s becoming pretty clear that things are much tougher out there.
PLS has out performed LRS the last 12 months and we get a premium plus it should come with rollover so if you have CHT disc here it will apply to your PLS shares.
I also think there is a 50/50 chance a superior deal may come, likely from CATL if I were to choose one.
