Here are some quick numbers I ran for VWAP's for each company and the share proportion.
.07 is much closer to the ATH and 12 month High than the 2024 YTD.
Given the cash required and likely CR inbound the offer IMO is a premium. Maybe not as much as many would have liked, but the current sentiment is shocking and we may have gone a lot lower.
The Directors are going to make a killing off all the vesting options, but thats how it works this end of town.
I am in Europe at the moment so limited time. Has anyone seen what the break fee is. The offer is binding - No discussions with others, but that does not stop an offer coming from another party.
I like the rollover opportunity here. This will only come with an ASX entity.
