I think by not waiting for a higher offer, we are selling our shares to PLS, which hands them the vote on a silver platter. I haven't waited this long to just gift my shares away. They are worth more, I'm prepared to wait and vote no. Plus if I was to sell on market, if a revised increased offer is put on the table, I miss out. It would be smart to at least wait for the acceptance form before making that decision, would it not?
