I’ll be certainly voting no, the only way this deal would be worth it is if it was guaranteed we could not get any help funding the capex but the fact is it’s not. This project has probably the best economics of any hardrock lithium project about to come on online around the globe. Fact is even with spod prices being where they are right now the project would still likely be profitable, if you consider our CURRENT npv is 5b aud and we are being bought for 560m does this sound like a good deal to anyone? Hey mate I’ve got a car here worth 500k I’ll sell it to ya for 56k, just doesn’t make any sense even if it does need 40k worth of repairs (capex). Literally been offered 10% of what were worth I can’t remember exactly but didn’t LTR get offered well over 50% of their NPV?
