good news is LRS will become a Li producer if this deal goes ahead,
bad news is for holders bought at 40c+ they will need to see PLS rise up to $5.71 s/p to breakeven, but PLS s/p has never reached $5.71....
short term base on the 20c valuation, this should be traded towards 20c, imo.
