I think this is pretty bloody fantastic.
Initially a shock as was expecting DFS + offtakes as a catalyst - but this acquisition can make a lot of sense. PLS wouldn't be doing any M&A if there were any issues. It gives confidence to the quality of LRS's resources and the work that has been done.
Additionally, PLS would have confidence in the direction of the macro lithium segment.
The only people here who would be upset would be those who purchased at 40c and have been hoping to get back there. There's a great chance of that happening with PLS + market turn around
