Whilst the specifications are not stated, the item purchased by AJM is a high pressure grinding roll. The fact that they already have an idea of what they are after as well as having purchased it would suggest that they are making their own way in building a plant to suit their needs. If AJM and PLS were looking to build a plant together the announcements would have to be worded differently with terms along the lines of capital contribution allocated as a portion of respective estimated through-put etc.

Things may change at some point, but for now with the DFS so close i think the chances of commencing as a shared plant are zero. And once that capital is spent, it would be very costly to start re-jigging it.

I think that's too soon for both company to announce a shared plant at the site. It is a big call and needs careful thought. But onviously this is most economic way and canbe acractive for a big customer who needs large enough Li stock on a long term.
This is just my guess/prediction of sotuation, let the company to decide ;-)
