Mr. Francis Gouten is the Founder and serves as Chairman of Hui She Shang Corp. Mr. Gouten served as Consultant of Luxury Watch Division of Peace Mark (Holdings) Ltd of Peace Mark Holdings Ltd. Mr. Gouten has over 35 years of experience in the business of Luxury Goods and worked more than 25 years in Hong Kong, has a special relationship with Asia and understanding of its complex luxury market. He served as Marketing Manager of Cartier International; Chief Executive Officer of Cartier Asia; General Manager of Cartier France; and Chief Executive Officer of Piaget International. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Richemont Asia Pacific until 2006. He served as President of The Hong Kong Watch Importers' Association from 2004 to 2006. He built Richemont Asia Pacific and created the first Richemont subsidiary in China: worked closely with some of the most prestigious names in the business: Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Vacheron Constantin, Alfred Dunhill, IWC and Jaeger-LeCoultre. In 2006, he retired from Richemont. Mr. Gouten serves as a Director of Gouten Consulting Limited.
