its not difficult to understand.
Copulos has 200m odd shares that he received at 0.7c. selling at 2.2c he made 200% profit
Selling at 1.6c he makes over 100% profit.
but hes below 5% now and likely dumped another 20m today. so another few weeks of pain and he will be out, or he'll buy back in again and push the price up again like he did earlier in the year. dont forget he was buying on the way up to 2.7c only two months ago
the company needs to raise $10-15m to refurb the plant and Copulos probably thinks they will come to him for the money. The lower the share price, the more shares he gets for his money.
but there are clearly other big buyers and instos backing this through placements, so I strongly doubt he will get another cheap fill
