New to the share but found the valuation very compelling. I was going through the July research report and the one thing that stuck out was the bit on the gold plant (page 3):



According to their number the cost of a new facility is $60m and 12 months vs $10m refurbishment and 5 month timeframe. So could easily argue that current market cap just covers cost & time savings for the plant. So buying in at current levels you get all the other infrastructure and gold in the ground for free. And that's why I bought in - sum of the parts are worth A LOT more than current mcap - something to be mindful of when there is a lot of M&A going on in the sector.
