-Two potash projects, in **on covering 1,400km
- Both with drilling confirming high grade relatively shallow potash
- One along strike and 20 kms from Elemental Minerals (ASX:ELM) with a market capitalisation of $85M
- The other with 6,000m of drilling with high grade potash at <500m, best intercept of which is from 384m @ 29.1% K2O
- All scrip based deal, 50% of vend against milestones, minimum 12 month escrow
- 2 guys with serious African mining street cred. join the board
- @ 4c PLH is capped at $1.5m
