Lack of interest by lead broker and Top20 holders is the main issue here, not management's inability to run a successful company (they've run this into the ground so far to date). Mathew Walker and Merchant have the pocket change to put this into the 30c range, but just don't want to it seems. I assume they lost interest after holding as seed for so long and watching the company go backwards the whole time.
