Great move by the Board. They have done the right thing by shareholders, fulfilled their duties as directors and upheld a high standard of integrity and governance.
Regarding the "associated transaction costs" I hope Platinum continues to do the right thing and keeps these to a minimum, rather than wasting a bunch of shareholder's money on wasteful fees and advisers.
