Deltatango, I have held PME for a few years now and have noticed it will retrace and move up quite sharply on little or no news. The stock is tightly held so probably moves quickly in both directions because of that.
Agree, this is an exciting contract, not large but creates awareness of the product in Europe and Germany is a great starting point.
