Absolutely, but 30% CAGR for the next 10 years is a high target, but not impossible.
Even if PME achieved EPS of $11 in ten years time, what do you suppose the share price would be? $500? (Still a high PE of ~50).
Which means you'd get a CAGR of 8% on your share price.
Like I said, I'd be more comfortable buying in the sub $150 range. I doubt it'll get there though.
