This one contract win (A$40m over 7 years) equates to 53.3% of the wins that Gold in Sacks are currently forecasting for PME for the whole year.

"As a reminder, we continue to model 5 contract wins per year throughout FY22-23E,with an average minimum contract size of $15m over 7 years. Over the last 12 months,PME has signed 7 new contracts at an average minimum size of A$21m (against prior3-year averages of 4 contracts pa and A$13m respectively)."

Implementation starts immediately so it will contribute to FY 2022 result.
"Planning for the rollout is to commence immediately, with initial go-lives targeted for the secondhalf of the financial year."

Best of all, the pipes are still calling.

This win, plus the increased revenue that is already baked into FY22 from the prior surge of wins, means that a revenue of A$90m+ for FY22 is now looking like a gimme.
Given PME's track record of of top line increases going straight to the bottom line, it is on the cards that the revenue will translate into a profit increase of 50% for FY22.
