The break-out caused by the resource-update was around 0.60.
yesterday low 0.63!
Think should be enough for a "closing"

Possible Dilution by the merger:

220 Mill cash / ca. 300 mill Shares

about 0.70 Dollars a share!
(And perhaps some dollars for the keegan resource on top!)

ImO the minimum for the SP!
