re: Ann: PMI Announces Interim Order For Merg... There are a bunch of resource funds experiencing extensive redemption selling at the moment. Mainly because of the break of gold through 1600 level. Gold stocks are being sold to redeem investor outflows from these funds.
Non-income juniors are first on the chopping block. Most have been the subject of continued selling pressure even though gold has moved higher . I see most producers were up today.
All part of the corrective cycle and the exit is a revolving door. The same hot money will return when gold gains some traction.
Bought some PVM today for the first time. Will buy more if it goes below 60c.
