What if PLS lobbed in $300M for a 14.7 stake? All of sudden PMT have $400M and not one but two key stake holders. PLS can well afford to do so- indeed it would be quite strategic as ALB if fully interested would have to to eventually buy out PLS stake. This is all looking very good. Looks like ALB have chosen North America over LTR. I think ALB will be forced to move quickly on this.
