Holders sitting on the sidelines don't make a market unless adding value with factual analysis

Informed HC posters perform a very valuable function in helping to sort fact from fiction.
Manipulators use fiction for their own gain and some use HC as their playground.
Speculative unsupported comments help no-one

I believe it would be a major step forwardl if a rating system was applied to all posters
Five stars for consistently informative and helpful support to others
One star for misleading and self serving behaviour

Unlicenced advice is hard to define and should be subject to clearer guidelines.
