Dont need to wait 8 years, offtakes will happen within the next 12-24months imo, and then theres funds who will want in early aswell, and then theres also takeover talks etc etc. So even though its going to take 4-5 years to get to production, there will be SOOO much happening well before then. And its not like theres going to be other deposits over taking Patriot in terms of getting to production first, they all take years to get to production.
