True.
However, and I DON'T like saying this...IF a fire did go through PMT's area it would be a good thing from an exploration POV.
It would clear brush and trees to see outcrops better.
I used to be...fires are bad.
I've learned that fires are a part of nature and actually help the growth of the area and support wildlife over time.
The fact it could help PMT long term is just a bonus.
