I don't think that Solomon Lew want to pay cash for MYR takeover.
It's more likely that's he's targeting to control the board first, and then initiate a merge between PMV and MYR. Sol's preference would likely be a scrip-only bid (with maybe a small cash component as a carrot), flogging overpriced PMV shares in exchange for deeply discounted MYR.
Dodgy scrip offer would receive a big NO vote from me - but that's not going to stop Sol to continue playing dirty.
